Claudia works on Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Gender issues, for the past 20 years. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Redscope Consulting (www.redscope-consulting.com), TEDx speaker, author of 2 books and multiple articles.
Claudia has a master in international politics and gender studies (UK), and PhD ABD in International Relations and Strategy (European University Institute, Florence/Italy, the “EU Harvard”). She is a certified executive coach (ICF - PCC) and an active Member of the International Leadership Association.
